As part of the program, I conducted 24 hours of supervised coaching sessions with clients, gaining practical experience in supporting individuals through real-life challenges and goals.
I was also a co-author on the paper: “Understanding the experience of PhD students who received coaching: an interpretative phenomenological analysis,” published in Coaching: An International Journal of Theory, Research and Practice (2017).
