I found it most helpful to speak openly about what has been making me feel stuck, especially in a group setting. I usually struggle to speak in public and often feel that my challenges are not significant enough to share, which tends to hold me back. Being able to express them out loud in a supportive environment felt like a moment of breaking through that barrier. It created a sense of relief and validation, and it helped me realize that sharing openly can be a meaningful step toward moving forward.
Thank you for hosting this workshop. I usually struggle with commitment and often find myself avoiding things that might actually help me grow. Instead, I tend to run toward what feels familiar, even if it keeps me small. If it weren�t for a close friend who really pushed and encouraged me to attend, I might not have shown up. I�m very grateful for that support, because being part of this session ended up feeling very meaningful for me. It felt liberating in a way, as if I�m slowly starting to take more ownership of my life, allowing myself the space to grow, to heal, and to transform. Thank you for the safe and supportive environment that made it possible to open up and take that step.
The most helpful part in the session was related to questioning our own belief. It reveals what is hidden behind it and can be helpful at different levels.
Very fruitful session in such a small amount of time, so I�m sure given more time, it would be even more fruitful.
